Resolve Exploration, Corp. is guided by experience, vision, and an innate curiosity to explore. Geologic surveys and mapping, seismology and exploratory drilling are all used to explore for new oil reserves.  Exploring an area of interest begins with an analysis of existing data including studies of surface geology, existing well log information, production information, and oil shows from previous nearby drilling. When the data is available, we may utilize the analysis of 2-D and 3-D seismic data as well as gravity, magnetic and other remote sensing data to help guide us in determining the potential for oil. A structure map of the subsurface is created along with other geological and geophysical maps. These maps help determine if there is potential for trapped oil in the targeted formations. We work with geologists, engineers, landmen and others to select the best location to drill an exploration test. By using the most up-to-date data or technology, we can more accurately locate the potential underground reservoirs with minimal impact on the surface
